He's so pretty. You did a very good job drawing this. His clothes are so pretty, and the chair he's sitting on is quite nice.
The only thing I would say is the collar bone is a little too low. I get the look you're trying to accomplish, but that low just looks odd to me. Also the hand looks weird, I think it's a little too small for his body.
Other than that, I love this picture. It would look quite nice coloured, that is if you already haven't. When I look at this, I can't help but imagine what colours this would be.
